Teaching and sharing the passion for the yoga since 2008 I created Hatha Yoga Union ten years ago. I have been Inspired from different yoga styles hatha, restorative, nidra, sivananda, kundalini, viniyoga... but also other therapies like vipassana meditation, fendelkrais, thai yoga massage and skinner releasing technique.

We use different sequences which combine breath and movement that will help you enter into a meditative state. In the class you will learn to listen to yourself and become mindful with every movement and breath you take. After a gentle warm up and some sequences including the sun salutations, we will do some asanas (stable postures), which are tailored to each individual's capabilities.
It is a yoga without postures that is practiced lying down or sitting down. Yoga nidra means "the yoga of waking sleep", it is a meditation, a practice of awakening to oneself and of deep relaxation of the body and the mind. Minimum duration 20 minutes.
We offer a cycle of workshops in two afternoons to explore the functioning of our intimate sphere. This cycle is for all women who want to know their bodies better and live in harmony with their inner life and their cycles.
