"Je m'appelle Isabel. Je suis professeure de yoga, thérapeute corporelle et coach en santé intégrative. Forte de plus de 20 ans d'expérience en yoga, méditation et diverses thérapies corporelles, j'ai dédié ma vie à l'étude et à la pratique du yoga thérapeutique, un domaine si vaste que je le considère comme le travail de toute une vie.

 

Je me suis formée dans différents pays comme le Royaume-Uni, l'Inde, la Belgique et l'Espagne, en explorant diverses techniques de mouvement corporel. Au-delà de la connaissance du corps par le yoga, je suis formée au mouvement et à l'art somatique, ainsi qu'en thérapie par les fleurs de Bach.

Je suis également spécialisée en yoga du son et kirtan, et j'accompagne le chant de mantras à l'harmonium et à la voix."
