YOGA AT WORK

We help you to create a new activity that it will benefit You and your colleagues.If you have a spare meeting room or open space, you can energize You and your colleagues using Yoga. For a better workplace environment, looking after the health and wellness of all the team through techniques of relaxation, mindfulness, yoga and meditation.

Yoga Customized for Your Workplace

  • 1-2 sessions per week

  • Sessions lasts 1 hour or 50 minutes

  • When the team prefers: at lunch break, first time in the morning or after work.

The Class Consists of:

  • Breathing exercises. The different breathing techniques allow to calm the mind and emotions.

  • Movement and breathing sequences

  • Asanas, yoga postures
